The bracelet I ordered was freaking tiny. It doesn’t even fit on my small ass wrist. They offered to remake it for 20% off and all it needs is a few chains put on it. The customer service is rude and ridiculous.

The Steel Shop was unable, or unwilling, to help with resizing. The item also seemed smaller than expected, but I wasn’t sure what 5MM would be.

Sehr zuvorkommend bei der Hilfe zur Gravur. Ich wollte etwas gravieren lassen, das für das Armband einen Buchstaben zu viel war, als auf der Website erlaubt war. Ich habe mich an sie gewandt, und sie haben mir sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet und konnten es für mich erledigen.
