I am extremely happy how this turned out! After 13 years, we lost our beloved Texas. When he passed my son said he wanted to have a pendant with his ashes like we have with my parents. The pendant was exactly what I was looking for and I loved that we could engrave it. They were perfectly packaged. Thank you so much for your amazing work!

I recently had to say goodbye to another one of my dogs and needed a new pendant to add her ashes to it so I can now carry the ashes of the 5 dogs I lost over the years. I came across this amazing pendant and all I can say is that I absolutely LOVE it! Not only Yinette was extremely helpful at customizing it the way I wanted but the end results is just perfect. I wanted the initials of my 5 dogs separated by a paw print of the left side so they are facing my heart when I wear it. Thank you so much!!!

Im very confident in the build quality and it lasting for many years. The only negative thing I have to mention is that it doesnt seem anywhere near worth the price at all but other than that I have full confidence in the product lasting for years to come, it just feels like very quality $60 jewelry not $120. But if the price is ingored I would recommend this product 10x over

die urnenhalskette ist wunderschön. sie ist sehr zierlich, so dass es nicht ganz offensichtlich ist, dass es sich um eine urne handelt, was ich liebe. die gravur ist erstaunlich gut gelungen

Die Qualität ist großartig und die Gravuren (nicht abgebildet) sind perfekt. Kam sehr schnell und passen eine überraschende Menge von Asche. Einzige "Beschwerde" ist, dass ich wünschte, es hatte mit einer Art Kit / Trichter kommen, um die Asche ein wenig einfacher zu übertragen, oder dass es eine genaue Messung der Asche gab, um das Rätselraten zu nehmen.

Well, I can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like this before. When I ordered my custom engraved matte rectangle bar urn pendant, something I was really anticipating after a difficult family loss, I honestly expected a pretty standard turnaround time. With the website noting that personalized orders take 3–5 business days, and since I ordered on a Friday morning, I figured it would be at least a week and a half before it showed up. I got my order confirmation right away around 7:30 a.m., but what really surprised me was getting a shipping confirmation just over three hours later. I was impressed, but I’ll admit I wondered if it had been sent out by mistake without the engraving. Nope. FedEx did their thing and had it at my door just 26 hours later, traveling nearly 2,000 miles, all with free standard shipping. Needless to say, I was relieved and happy to see the pendant was engraved exactly how I wanted. It has a great weight to it and feels very durable and well made. I’d definitely recommend ordering from The Steel Shop for the quality, craftsmanship, and just incredibly fast service. Thank you!
My first order had a mistake in the engraving but the team was very responsive in getting me a replacement sent. The jewelry piece itself is very nice and the support team was very pleasant and competent. Would recommend.

The shipping to the US sucked. But that was fedex’s fault. The steel shop did great on getting it taken care of. I love my necklace. And I get to carry around my best friend with me at all times. Beautiful and well made necklace. Would def buy again.

Got the necklace to keep my dog's ashes with me every day after we had to unexpectedly put him down. He was our best friend and favorite reason to come home, now I get to keep him with me everywhere I go. The necklace turned out great and is very nice quality. I added a little bitbof super glue to hold in my nephews ashes. 3 yeats later this is still beautiful and close to my heart with no issue. The chain is very strong and durable. And the engraved name still looks great. I would highly recommend this. It was worth every cent. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and still shines new like the day i received it.
